Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Pocket Guides

1. Where is my INVOICE? (RECEIPT/RECORD OF TRANSACTION)?
 
To obtain a receipt for Pocket Guide orders, proceed as follows:

  1. 1) Click on the drawing of CPER pocket guides in the top left-hand corner of the home page.
  2. 2) On the page that appears, in the box on the right, click on the words “Order Online.”
  3. 3) Under the blue and gold bar near the top of the next page, click on the words “Order Status.”
  4. 4) Type in the requested information on the page that appears next. A record of the transaction will appear on the following page. You may print this page for your records.

If you placed an order online with a credit card, your receipt will appear after you hit the submit button. You may print this page for your records.

If you faxed or mailed your order form and provided an email address, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your Order ID. Remember this number to track information on the status of your order.


2. ERROR MESSAGE: Nothing happens after you hit the “SUBMIT” button

When placing your order online, if, after hitting the “SUBMIT” button, you do not see a page with transaction details, including your order number, it is likely your order was not completed. To report the error and find out the status of your order, email Lisa Rivera at lrivera@kpcorp.com, as soon as possible.

This problem does not occur often, but we want to know about it so we can make the necessary adjustments and help you complete your order. Contact either Lisa Rivera (lrivera@kpcorp.com) or Sharon Melnyk (sharonam@berkeley.edu) to report problems.
