CPER is a bimonthly publication of the CPER Program. The journal provides up-to-date, nonadversarial information to those involved in employer-employee relations in California's public sector. Our audience includes labor relations practitioners (both labor and management), lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, and employees in state and local government, public schools, and higher education.

Six times a year, subscribers receive approximately 90 pages of comprehensive information on public sector employment relations at all levels of California government. This includes featured articles from experts and practitioners from the public sector.
